Angelica

Meet Angelica! Angelica will be a first-generation college student when she starts her freshman year at Harvard University this fall. She was also accepted to Duke University, Emory University, Notre Dame University, UC Berkeley, UCLA, UCR, University of Southern California and University of San Diego. Angelica says that many women in her life (her mother, two sisters, 8th grade teacher and Freshman Biology teacher Ms. Pascua) have greatly influenced her desire to pursue higher education. She plans to major in Biology and minor in African studies with the hope of becoming an ophthalmologist.
