Become a Mentor

We are looking for career minded, college graduates who want to share their success and empower others.

CEF’s College Success Alumni Network is always looking for driven, experienced professionals who are interested in passing on their words of wisdom to current college students. Many of our members are first-generation college students and rely on their mentors for advice on how to succeed in college and in the workforce. If this sounds like you, please fill out the application below!

What is required of a mentor?

We are looking for mentors who have graduated college and have a passion for sharing their experience with others. As a mentor you will meet in person or via webinar with you mentee approximately once a month.

How do I know what advice to give my mentee?

The CSAN Coordinator will provide topics of conversation such as resume building or job interview tips based on the need of each student. It is our goal to match students with mentors who are working in a field related to the student’s major.

Will I attend a mentor training?

All mentors will be asked to attend a one time training and must pass a background check before they can volunteer.
